Not only is the company celebrating its 25th anniversary, but two employees were also honoured with a certificate of honour from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for their many years of loyalty to Förster Kunststofftechnik GmbH.
Monika Bauer, Head of Order Processing
Monika Bauer started working as a part-time office clerk. The office was still small, but her tasks were nevertheless varied. She now heads the order processing department and is the heart and soul of the company.
Gerhard Wiendl, Production Manager
Gerhard Wiendl started at Förster as a ‘setter’. At that time, this meant that all production tasks had to be carried out, from set-up and production support to quality assurance. There were three injection moulding machines to look after at that time. Today, Gerhard Wiendl is Production Manager and has eight process mechanics and two trainees in his department.
Managing Director Daniel Weidner thanked them for their long-standing loyalty to the company. Both have helped build up the business and have always taken on new tasks and responsibilities during this time.
Yvonne Schieder, Managing Director of the Amberg-Sulzbach Chamber of Industry and Commerce, presented the certificates to the two jubilarians and to Daniel Weidner for the company's 25th anniversary.
